   Without a dream, your life has no direction. You just drift along, not even knowing where you're going. And then you start feeling empty inside.

   B 지금 이 기차처럼요? 그런데 이 기차도 종점은 여수지만, 저는 중간에 보이는 들판이 더 좋던데요.

   Like this train? But even though this train ends at Yeosu, I actually prefer the fields you see along the way.

    A 그건 비유잖아요. 기차는 선로가 있지만 인생은 선로가 없으니까 불안한 거고요.

    That's a metaphor, though. A train has tracks, but life doesn't, and that's what makes it scary.

    Because there are no tracks, you can get off anywhere you like. That can be anxiety, or it can be freedom.

    I do have goals. Today's goal is to eat rice with mustard-leaf kimchi while looking at the Yeosu sea at night. I find that's reason enough to live a day.
