Day 27: All the Studios Went in August

At an estate agent's office, Junyoung (A), who is looking for a studio near his new job, talks with the agent (B).

Read the situation under the title. It says who is talking and how they know each other, which decides how politely they speak.
Read the dialogue line by line with its translation, until every line makes sense. Still learning Hangul? Tick Romanization to see how each line sounds, but read the Korean first.

There are two universities nearby. With term starting, the students signed for all of them in August.
A 아, 방학 때 미리 구하는군요. 남은 방은 하나도 없어요?

Ah, so they find places during the holidays. Is there nothing left at all?
B 하나 있어요. 역에서 걸어서 십오 분인데, 월세가 오만 원 더 싸요.

There's one. It's a fifteen-minute walk from the station, but the rent is 50,000 won cheaper.

Fifteen minutes is fine. What's the room like?
B 냉장고고 세탁기고 다 새 거예요. 주인이 이번 여름에 다 바꿨어요.

Fridge, washing machine, it's all new. The owner replaced everything this summer.
