Day 41: Team Lunch for a Vegetarian

In the office break room, Jiwon (B), a new employee in her first week, asks her senior coworker Ms. Park (A) about team lunches.

The thing is, I don't eat meat. At Monday's welcome dinner at the pork belly place, I ended up eating just rice and kimchi.

It was my first week, so it was hard to say. I worry every time there's a team lunch or dinner.

Doesn't bibimbap usually have meat in it?
A 거기는 나물만 들어가요. 길 건너 두부집 두부 요리도 맛있던데요.

Geogineun namulman deureogayo. Gil geonneo dubujip dubu yorido masitdeondeyo.

Theirs has only vegetables. The tofu dishes at the tofu place across the street were tasty too.
B 와, 감사합니다. 그런데 팀장님께도 제가 말씀드려야 할까요?

Wa, gamsahamnida. Geureonde timjangnimkkedo jega malsseumdeuryeoya halkkayo?

Oh, thank you. But should I tell the team leader too?
A 제가 자연스럽게 말씀드릴게요. 내일 점심은 두부집 어때요?

I'll mention it to the team leader casually. How about the tofu place for lunch tomorrow?
