Day 202: The Air Conditioner Quits in July

On a hot July day, Junho (A) and his wife Sujin (B) let Mr. Oh (C), a repairman, into their flat to look at the air conditioner.

Read the situation under the title. It says who is talking and how they know each other, which decides how politely they speak.
