Day 127: Conference Call No One Answers

In a meeting room, team manager Mr. Kim (A) and his team members Yuna (B) and Junseo (C) are about to start a scheduled call with a client.

How to study this lesson 4 steps
  1. Read the situation under the title. It says who is talking and how they know each other, which decides how politely they speak.
