Day 37: Opening Day at a Bank Branch

On the opening day of a bank branch by a subway station, the branch manager (A) and a teller (B) welcome two customers, Mr. Bae (C) and Ms. Park (D).

  1. Read the situation under the title. It says who is talking and how they know each other, which decides how politely they speak.
