Day 173: Mailing a Laptop for Repair

At Yuna's (B) place, her friend Sohee (A) reads out the repair centre's instructions while Yuna packs her broken laptop.

Read the situation under the title. It says who is talking and how they know each other, which decides how politely they speak.

Sure. "One: remove the battery."
